I write this newsletter for the people in that gap. Whether you are an engineering manager, a team lead, a support or operations manager, a head of service delivery, or a director, the job has the same shape underneath the title. You own outcomes. You don’t own the system that produces them.

Who I am
I am Jean-Luc COSSI. For over 15 years, I have fixed tech delivery inside engineering, DevOps, Data & AI, and service-operations organizations across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
I run LeanTechPro, where I help engineering leadership teams diagnose where delivery breaks and rebuild the system around it.
I know the AI shift from the inside. The tools made tasks faster, but the end-to-end delivery didn’t move because nobody redesigned the system around the new speed. In my work, I close that gap in engineering teams and in service operations.
